ICE UP story starts with three visionaries bartenders, Loreta Toska, Alexis Simonidis and Antonis Mantzaridis.
Their vision and goal is to provide for other bartenders and drink lovers the best quality of ice no matter where they are located in Greece. To succeed their goal they created the most practical and premium packaging for such a delicate product that is crystal clear ice. Because of their custom unique packaging they managed to be distributing through a network of 27 partners across almost the whole country.
After only 10 months in the bussiness, ICE UP is already served to more than 100 bars all over Greece and is changing the profile of the Greek bar industry.

Loreta Toska has been in hospitality industry since 2003. She is a co-founder of ICE UP. We has been the headbartender in Theory bar for 2 years, a seminar speaker, judge in international competition and brand ambassador for a well-known rum. She has succeeded in multiple competitions and awarded as a winner for Greece and 4th in the world for Bacardi Legacy 2017.

Alexis Simonidis has been active in the hospitality industry since 2002. He is the headbartender of The Clumsies bar, Word Class Bartender of the Year 2016 for Greece and co-founder of ICE UP. Among others he has a degree of WSET of London, Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits and also BA, International Business Economics in the University of the West of England, Bristol. 

Antonis Mantzaridis is a bartender and co-founder of Ice Up. While studying Applied Mathematics, he made his first steps in the hospitality industry. He works at the bar scene of Athens with most recent the Theory Bar & More and Senios. Among other distinctions, he is the Greek winner and one of the final 8 of the world at Bacardi Legacy 2018.
